The cheque was handed over on the birthday of his wife (22^nd June, 2021 Tuesday) Smt Geetha Shivarajakumar.

The cheque was handed over in the presence of producers Sa Ra Govindu and KP Srikanth. A few days ago Dr Shivarajkumar`s  younger brother Puneeth Rajakumar donated the same amount. Rocking star Yash contributed Rs1.5 crore to the cinema industry personalities at this crisis period. Producer Vijay Kiragandur made donations for 3200 cinema workers in the recent past.
