The talented director, multi faceted personality, internationally acclaimed Roopa Iyer filed Rs.1 crore defamation on director Teshi Venkatesh who claims to be President of Kannada Film Director Association.
Roopa Iyer is irked with Teshi Venkatesh for digging her personal life and professional growth and took this stern decision to face it legally.
On winning, this case I would donate Rs.1 crore to the KANFIDA says Roopa Iyer an enterprising person in her tasks. My husband Gautham Srivatsav`s name is also drawn in this issue and he has no connection to KANFIDA activities. No one has the right to question the earnings I make in life. Allegations of Teshi Venkatesh are far away from truth. It is because I questioned his appointment as President and strictly wanted the bylaws to follow. I have been segregated. Even today, I am rightly elected Vice President of the KANFIDA.
Teshi Venkatesh and team are not legally elected according to laws. Roopa Iyer further continued that she spent a lot of money in getting Mudra Yojana, organized vaccination, arranged for Ayushman card, ration card too for many members of the Industry.
