What happens with two towers combine? Will it become Eiffel Tower? As for as screenplay is considered it seems so! P Vasu, Upendra, Ragini, Sada, PKH Doss and Gurukiran with good show of production values Krishna Prajwal offer a sumptuous food after Sankranthi festival for the fans of Upendra.

 
This film ‘Arakshaka’ is difficult to understand and it elevates the thinking power of the audience. It makes them to cautiously look at every scene although inspired from ‘Sutter Island’ of 2010 Hollywood cinema.

 
The class and mass element is Upendra. As Arun he set the screen fire and as Dr Vishnu a renowned psychiatrist Upendra offers a cool performance.

 
‘Arakshaka’ is a winner in the screenplay and acting at the outset. P Vasu and Upendra both get top honors for doing their job superbly. Of course the film is confusing at places but that is a test given to the brains.

 
What is this Arakshaka all about? The qualities of suspecting mother comes to Arun and his elder brother Vishnu walks away with advocate father who come with some other purpose when his wife IAS officer gives him divorce notice.

It is the suspecting and mistaking nature fed to son Arun falters his life. An IPS aspirant Arun Kumar as he grows is hit by psychogenic amnesia and that is the terrific part of the cinema. Arun Kumar as cop comes to mental asylum looking for Stephen Raj who is no more and he wants to trace his wife Katherine who is also no more – both received the bullet from his own hands. Actually he is the murderer. That accidentally happens because he sees his mother falling from a height. After shooting his own wife and her brother Stephen Raj mistaking as his wife lover Arun Kumar also get a hit to his head. With this hit to head he recovers in the hospital but he is weak to certain things that lead him to horrible time in life.

Knowing well the suffering of his younger brother Dr Vishnu set up a huge drama to explain as the mistakes of his brother Arun Kumar. In the two Upendra’s one is taken to custody and the other one remains agile at the end winning a new experiment in medical science he tried out.

Upendra as Arun Kumar is deadly in his performance. It suits his image and he has struggled hard. Another role of Upendra is like a tech savvy guy cool as cucumber.

Ragini is sweet in swimming and Saree costume. This is a new kind of role. Definitely front benchers would sing Niddhe Bandilla….looking at Ragini. Sada is like a cool breeze. Sayyaji Shinde, Sharan, two dogs Subramani and Jacqueline are well placed in the cinema. Rajesh Nataranga could have been given more space.

PHK Doss is the boss of cinematography. Gurukiran is not at loss in his music. Three songs Gurukiran are lovely indeed.

Not only Upendra fans, even the fans of P Vasu who has given Aptha Mithra and Aptha Rakshaka could watch this film as the director continues from where he left in his previous film.
