It was a rare occasion and dais shared by two ‘Govindus’ – one is SA Govindaraju son in law of Dr Rajakumar (Lakshmi elder daughter husband) and Sa Ra Govindu KFCC President – both are producers of Kannada cinema. It was ‘Ooty’ Kannada film media meet on Monday afternoon at Akshay Aura Hotel in Gandhinagar. The occasion was to honor Doddahullur Rukkoji for his book on Dr Rajakumar Samagra Charitre that has won national award.

As expected Sa Ra Govindu taking the mike said it is Govindarajanna who is responsible for what I am today. He has been so instrumental in my life. I have grown with him. He has given all courage and encouragement stated Sa Ra Govindu.

In reply to his long time friend Sa Ra Govindu – S A Govindaraju stated that Govindu has struggled a lot to come to this position. I have not done anything. It is God sent boon in his life he replied.
