It is an assorted sweet box this time from Dhuniya Talkies. Duniya Vijay Made Ones more in his emotion, comedy, romance, good songs, action, good performances and some messages at regular intervals in ‘JJYP’.
Preetham Gubbi knows well the film should not be ‘Bodhane’ – he knows pretty well that it should be like a sugar coated pill. He has just done with maximum of shoot in one location. Dhuniya Vijay is trump card of this film and real ‘Rasa Malai’ is Rachita Ram. Whenever she comes on screen it is ‘Deepavali’.
Who is this Johny? He is living in rainbow colony cunning ‘Johny.com’. He is in company with Rangayana Raghu and Bija (B Jayaram – child actor) are experts in fixing deal and making money.
In the first deal they catch a wrong lady for kidnap. That is Priya an intelligent and beautiful girl who takes on Johny and his team to teach a lesson. That does not happen because of clout of Johny. In the coming deals we have some messages that is also filled with patriotic feel.
The biggest deal comes from Priya father Achyuthkumar. He wants to retain Priya in India and not fly to USA. This is what Johny also wants because he is madly in love with her. A series of attempts from Johny.com to bring a bad opinion on going to USA finally falls flat. Priya knows the tricks of the Johny.com
What happens next? You have to watch it on silver screen without fail. It is a good turn of incidents.
On the flip side director Preetham Gubbi had made a good climax. I. On this the serious approach was needed. The length of 151 minutes could have been reduced.
Dhuniya Vijay and Rachita Ram steal the show in every frame. The Hosa Padmavathi song looks ravishingly lovely. Rangayana Raghu, Achyuth Kumar and the little boy BIJA are brilliant in their performance. Sadhu Kokila and cop played actor are superb.
The romantic song, introduction song are well composed by Ajanish Lokanath. Cinematography of Karunakar is another beauty of the film.
This is an easily watchable cinema. 4.5/5 is score.
