Like most of the directors this Himayat Khan also faces the trouble of bringing a good beginning to the film. If you tolerate the first half, then there is absorbing second half.

Yet in the beginning and at some places in the first half of ‘Just Akasmika’ he creates doubts in the minds that get answer in the end. Yet the entertainment values deserved to be better.

‘Just Akasmika’ is a real ‘Akasmika’ for parents Ramesh Bhat and Sudha Belawadi in the beginning. They find 18 years ago lost son who has grown in orphan house run by Mukyamantri Chandru. He is Bharath or Shanker!  It is Akasmika for finding parents for protagonist. When he reaches home he finds Aarohi (Sanjjana) who is again a childhood friend of him. They are in love now and the next Akasmika for protagonist is when he finds something mysterious in Sachin an artist of high profile.

The belief of Shanker (parents named him as Bharath) is not approved by others on the mysterious Sachin activity. Finally Shanker and Aarohi decide to place small cameras to trace his shady activities. Will they succeed in booking Sachin (Tilak)? Sachin is the one like Kamal Haasan in Sigappu Rojakal that was ‘Red Roses’ of Rajesh Khanna starring Hindi cinema.

How the entry of another Sachin Suvarna surprises the audience is interesting path of the film.

Sanjjana looks beautiful and some more dialogues were needed. Vinod Patil looks handsome. Two songs for Sanjjana and Vinod Patil – Tale Kedaside Nee... and Sogasagide Ninna Sangavu are very melodious tunes from Shivananje Gowda.  Another song in motion poster style looks different.

Tilak is as usual and Sachin Suvarna is OK, Ramesh Bhat and Sudha Belawadi are in emotional best.

Just buy a ticket and watch this film doing your personal work in the first half.
