Debutant director HP Ravindra has given a top class family entertainer – I am sorry….Mathe Banni Pritsona. There is no need to feel sorry for watching this film. It is in fact ‘Mathe Mathe….noduva cinema.

It is a respite for the family audience with color, speed, characters, contents, music, cinematography all assembling at the right place for the right subject. It is now left to the audience to watch this kind of extremely well made cinema.

For the doubting husbands, lovers in scuffle, how to construct an extremely perfect family….you must watch this film. The pattern adopted by intelligent and circumspect director HP Ravindra is on the lines of ‘Beladingala Baale’ film of yesteryears. Taking the suspense in the characters to the hilt, director Ravindra gives a convincing cinema in ‘I am Sorry…Kannada audience fed up of poor quality of films in a series could take a look at this film. There is apt star cast, lovely songs and visual treat is also part of this film.

What’s I am sorry….Mathe Banni Pritsona all about? Architect Shyam (Premkumar) knows building skyscrapers and he is too good in keeping his wife Chetana (Karishma Tanna) always smiling too. Like all human beings he is in a sudden shock when he accidentally meets Sinchana (Sanjaan) who runs a high style brothel house. Shyam disrespect Sinchana profession that calls for a challenge from Sinchana side.

As a result Shyam should tame one of the girls Geetha. A series of attempts to meet Geetha not happening and one particular incident of injury to Geetha gives a strong reason for Shyam to suspect his own wife. It goes on for sometimes and his intentions are bulldozed for another twist in the film. He finds his wife Chetana is suffering from advanced brain tumor. The built up suspicion Shyam express to his wife but she collapses in the intensive care unit. Sinchana also declares that one of her connections is no more without divulging even the photograph.

The debutant director Ravindra has done a good home work that holds the audience attention. He keeps on changing the audience intentions and that is the main winning point for him

Premkumar is apt to his crown of ‘Lovely Star’. He is good in emotions and very lively. Karishma Tanna tall, lanky and beautiful looking is a good performer indeed. Without knowing the language the mood of her role is very pleasant. Sanjaana is in for a competition to supporting role awards.

Ashok Kashyap used the light and darkness beautifully. In the interiors his lighting and color scheming is exceptional. Anoop Seelin has set good standards for lifting the quality of the film from his music. At least three songs are going to be in the top.
I am Sorry….Mathe Banni Pritsona definitely haunts you after coming out from the theatre. You feel like stopping actor Premkumar and say him you have done a tremendous job. When you find director HP Ravindra you feel like telling him to maintain the same standards in his future movies.

For Anoop Seelin and Ashok Kashyap (A and A combination) you feel like offering ‘Sweet, Khara and Coffee’ treat!

Before all that it is better you go and watch this movie first.
