DEV…BANDHA KUSHI AND ANANDA THANDHA!
Posted date: 07 Sat, Apr 2012 ? 11:29:46 AM

‘Deva Bandha Kushiya Thanda’ – it is true to the core. In a commercial film lacing the social responsibility is not an easy job. Kushi is for the making of the film and Ananda is for the contest piled up in the film.

Dev Son of Muddhe Gowd with not even iota of disturbance to the Vokkaliga Community is with loads of interesting elements in this multi star cast cinema.

Director Indrajith Lankesh, Diganth, Charmee, Ananthnag, cameraman Santosh Pathaje and Jaassie Gift – top six star studded film is ‘Dev…..

WHY YOU SHOULD SEE THE FILM!

The reasons why you should see this film are many. We give you point by point the workaholic stylish director Indrajith Lankesh best film so far.

·         The style and sizzle the major points of a commercial film today are absolutely intact.

·         The grand locations, technical knowledge, slow motion techniques, three lovely songs in the film are in top gear.

·         The main focus of father and son relationship. Giving everything for the son Dev – Muddhe Gowda asking for good academic record is not at all a wrong proposition. After all father Muddhe Gowda wants to see his son in highest order everywhere. What the problem is for the younger generation today when such royal life is provided to study well and become self reliant. This is the strongest message that the film delivers.

·         While Ananthnag saying Hennu Maaye alla Matagathi – for taking care of his son by Kavya the highest respect for the women in the society is delivered.

·         When son Dev brings his Rs.1 lakh cheque as first payment and stands before his father a business tycoon the father heart is affected with emotions. The joy of son getting responsibility is a over joy for Ananthnag character that eventually treated in the hospital.

·         At this place the acting of even Diganth there is tremendous maturity.

·         The character of Charmee is so far best in her career it seems. The responsibility of the character and the decency attached to this role is something marvelous from director Indrajith Lankesh.

·         In a song sequence Dil Se….Charmee and Diganth go romantic but not when they sleep in one room with only curtain separating them. That shows once again the caliber of Indrajith Lankesh. A bed room means the wrong apprehensions he has cleared out.

·         The younger generation today should take up such challenges instead of living in Papa’s property. This is the most essential thing director Indrajith Lankesh tucked in this film.

·         Father asks his son Dev to leave the home with the dress he is wearing. He does not allow him to take his essentials. In the crude attitude of father there is something good in heart. That we come to know later in the film.

·         As an individual taking help from Kavya (Charmee) Dev obliges to her advice. It is the advice of a good friend that gives him a good status. A friend in need is a friend indeed. Director values the friendship and how it should be.

·         The film with egoist actor – Deepu (Indrajith Lankesh) gives injection to the present ego filled actors. The dialogues of fractured Deepu – double standards, a replica of some of the stars.

·         Look at Swayamvara Chandru and Tabla Naani characters. On the payment issue to director Tabla Naani when he gives a hit film producer Swayamvara Chandru dialogues is typical of a filmdom.

·         Nathy Kaur is an actress to watch in the coming days. She has the right physique and shaking her lanky figure draws good crowd.

·         The best song of the film Dilse….where in Diganth is showing his chest and Charmee hugging him ignites young lovers.

·         Diganth and Charmee both look very sweet in this song.

·         In Raja Raja….song the slow motion technique of Indrajith Lankesh, Nathy Kaur and foreign dancers is a special treat.

·         Director Indrajith Lankesh gives a good suspense when all of a sudden Dev says papa to Achyuth Kumar character. With Neelu statement the film inside the film ends that too in PVR gold class. Many of the audience when media watched the film stood up to go when the ‘End’ is show. It is not so. After that also there are a few more minutes.

·         Indrajith Lankesh this time had not made it look dry at the end with title card of all artists and technicians. It is behind the screen ‘Tamasha’ that Indrajith Lankesh had planned this time. Every actor and technicians minute mistake erupting in laughter is shown.

·         Dev….is a rocking cinema (Rocky is the brand name of underwear). There are plenty of reasons for you to watch this film.
